These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph8789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph8789.cam and associated subdomains.

ph8789 operates an online casino and sports betting platform offering slot games, live dealer casino games, sports wagering, bingo, arcade games, and other gaming products to eligible players in the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the ph8789 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy), and our Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming), all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph8789 platform regardless of the device used to access the platform, including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ph8789, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);

• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph8789 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from ph8789 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organization;
• The registration and use of ph8789 is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you.

ph8789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by ph8789 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied throughout the duration of your use of ph8789. Any misrepresentation of eligibility status is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each eligible person may register and maintain only one (1) Account on ph8789. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. ph8789 uses technical and investigative means to detect multi-accounting.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly when it changes. ph8789 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. ph8789 support staff will never request your password. Any unauthorized access to your Account should be reported to ph8789 immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. ph8789 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.5 Non-Transferability. Your ph8789 Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. Any purported transfer is null and void.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph8789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the ph8789 platform at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or the equivalent in supported currencies. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method. Specific minimums for each method are displayed at the time of deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the balance to be withdrawn; (c) the absence of any fraud investigation or Account review; and (d) compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. ph8789 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days.

5.4 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ph8789 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original deposit method is unavailable for technical or regulatory reasons.

5.5 Player Funds. Player funds deposited to ph8789 are maintained in accounts that are separate from ph8789's operational funds. ph8789 does not extend credit to players. All gaming activity must be conducted using real deposited funds or legitimately awarded bonus funds.

5.6 Fees. ph8789 does not charge fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own charges, which are the responsibility of the player. ph8789 is not responsible for any fees charged by GCash, Maya, banks, or other payment intermediaries.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ph8789 complies with applicable AML obligations. ph8789 reserves the right to request additional documentation to establish the source of funds. Accounts that cannot be verified to ph8789's satisfaction in the context of AML obligations may have withdrawals delayed or withheld pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. ph8789 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms in this Section and specific bonus terms communicated for a particular promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the applicable bonus terms. ph8789 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one (1) per household, IP address, device, and payment method. ph8789 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where it determines that multiple accounts or household members are attempting to claim the same first-deposit bonus.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ph8789 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable judgment that bonus funds are being used in an abusive, systematic, or fraudulent manner. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets; and collusion between players in connection with bonus play.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and free spins expire at the time stated in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

6.6 ph8789 Discretion. ph8789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. ph8789 is not obligated to offer any bonus to any specific player.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on ph8789 is governed by its specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules.

7.2 Random Number Generation. All electronically-determined game outcomes on ph8789 are generated by certified Random Number Generation ("RNG") systems that produce results that are statistically random and unpredictable. RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. ph8789 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, connectivity failure, or technical error during a gaming session, ph8789 reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. ph8789 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions that were not caused by ph8789's gross negligence.

7.4 Bet Confirmation. A wager is confirmed and irrevocable once the Platform has acknowledged and accepted it. Players are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bets placed.

7.5 Insufficient Funds. Wagers cannot be placed if the Player's real-money wallet balance (or eligible bonus balance) is insufficient. ph8789 does not extend credit.

7.6 Dispute of Results. ph8789's records of game outcomes, wager amounts, and account transactions are the definitive record. In the event of a dispute, ph8789's records shall prevail absent manifest error. Disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction or game outcome in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph8789 platform:

• Registering or using the platform while under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding ph8789 or other players;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the ph8789 platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions to gain unearned credits or winnings;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any ph8789 software or systems;
• Providing false identity documentation or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph8789 staff or other players;
• Circumventing any responsible gaming limits or self-exclusion orders that have been applied to your Account;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law. ph8789 reserves all legal remedies available in connection with prohibited conduct.

ph8789 is committed to responsible gaming and operates in accordance with Philippine PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your ph8789 Wallet;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum loss permitted over a defined period;

10.1 ph8789's Rights. ph8789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• The Player is a Prohibited Person;
• The Account is involved in or associated with fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity;
• Suspension is required for regulatory compliance, AML investigation, or at the direction of a competent authority.

10.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for cause, ph8789 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money funds not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the last registered payment method after all applicable investigations are complete.

10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may close their Account voluntarily by contacting ph8789 support. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's obligations under these Terms with respect to transactions completed prior to closure.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph8789 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 ph8789's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ph8789 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph8789 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph8789's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

All content on the ph8789 platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, game artwork, text, audio, video, and the ph8789 brand name and mark — is the property of ph8789 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph8789 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without ph8789's prior written consent.

ph8789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the ph8789 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph8789 applies industry-standard SSL encryption to all data transmissions between your device and ph8789 servers. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts. ph8789 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ph8789 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise any dispute with ph8789 by contacting support at [email protected] and providing ph8789 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. ph8789 aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

ph8789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.

Your continued use of the ph8789 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date and cease use of the Platform.

The version of the Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page is the version currently in effect.
